I am dead serious about obtaining real healthcare in the U.S, please advise if you know.

Depends on how much we can get for our home.

Enough to get a proper diagnosis and opinion about what I may have and how I might find a cure.

You can get amazing health care in the US if you have the money for it.

You can get really good health care in the US if you have good health insurance.

If you do not have either of those you will get the bare minimum.

I wouldn't go to Cuba, they are vastly overrated (mostly by Western media who never go there for treatment). Why do you think they used Doctors from Spain for the Castro's?

Ecuador, if you want to travel that distance.

Although Ecuador is a developing country, you will find first-rate medical care here, particularly in the major cities. Many doctors are educated in the U.S., Europe, Argentina, Chile, and Cuba and continue to train around the world. In many respects, the medical system is reminiscent of that in the U.S. in the 1950s or 1960s. House calls are still possible, most doctors do not have nurses, and the average office visit is 30 to 45 minutes. Another throwback is that Ecuadorian doctors don’t expect to become instant millionaires, and the average income for doctors, according a Quito medical association, is about $65,000 a year.

A visit to a general practitioner costs $20 to $35, while a visit to a specialist runs anywhere from $40 to $80. For follow-up visits there is usually no charge at all. A psychiatrist will charge $40 to $50 for a half-hour session. Simple, ambulatory procedures are equally inexpensive. For example, the removal of a small lump (under local anesthesia) and a biopsy cost about $125. Brand name medicines usually cost less than in the U.S. Generics, which are widely available, are also much cheaper.

Constant pain behind and above my left eye. Numbness/paralysis on the left side of my neck and face when I talk for a long period of time (something that occurs often in my current job).

They have mixed up my MRI results, they have lost my blood (yes, they told me they lost my blood and I needed to come back to have it taken again).

In short, I don't trust this state of comrades and dirtbags who are more closely aligned with the old Soviet Union than the U.S. My faith and trust in them is depleted.
I am not a doctor but I would be very happy to look this up for you.

There was a man who would always get out of his red truck and buy the Sunday paper. One day he did not come and that turned into weeks... One day he finally came but his wife was driving. Not wanting to be nosey, I did not ask what happened. Weeks went by and he still was not driving. One day I got the courage to ask and his wife said he had a brain tumor. I was shocked because I thought it took so long for them to figure this out with his seizures? That would have been the first thing I looked at and it took them a while. The man said he was terminal, they could not remove the tumor. The store changed hours and I have not seen him again.

Not trying to depress you. That was a sad but true story. But I would look this up for you if you like.

Okay things it could be: Migraines. MS, Shingles, Stroke, TIA Transient Ischemic Attack, Bells Palsy, Tumor, Brain Aneurism.

Tumor: Some benign, or noncancerous, tumors can grow on or near the nerves that control sensation in your face and how it moves. If the tumor gets big enough, it can press on the nerve. Your symptoms depend on which nerve is affected. Your face may feel numb, or you could have trouble chewing. The muscles in your face may also get weak, or you may have hearing problems.

So could a dental exam find that?? Thinking outside the box. xray??

Yeah I considered other nations. Someone even said Cuba had a great healthcare system but I can't get over my own biases about communism to roll the dice.
They don't have great health care.

I did find this interesting article. They did mention stress. You do seem to be under a lot of stress

No, I've been under stress for years now. Some stresses were far more acute and chronic than ever what I am experiencing now, especially when my wife was here.

It isn't stress. The nurse today did my blood pressure and was impressed with how positive it was. I have always had pretty low blood pressure and I dealt with stress fairly well, my threshold far higher than most.

Well, if you want something to worry over, they mention tumor and aneurysm among other things.

Those are legitimate fears, especially the aneurysm.

You see, I was sent to the hospital twice for this a couple of years ago. Once, I couldn't even feel my life side even down to my legs which became weak. It was very frightening.

Only my left side. Both the pains behind/above my eye, the paralysis of my neck/jaw, difficulties pronouncing certain words etc. It is frightening and made worse in certain conditions. Not to speak of the constant waking up in the middle of the night, the migraines etc.

By the way, woke up again early this morning and "feel" the pain behind the eye. The feeling remains for about 20-25 minutes and then slowly it dissipates, this is while I am at rest.

If I were say, talking or engaging in some exercize, it would become worse, usually to the point I stop what I am doing, or, if I continue to talk for instance, I might feel the numbness and paralysis on the left side, in my jaw etc.

First, buy a locking briefcase, one with a combo lock is preferred.
Second, buy a pair of handcuffs.
Third, fill the briefcase with cash (bundled $100 bills)
Fourth, plan your visit with an American doctor.
Fifth, sneak into the country (do not fly in, you cannot carry the amount of cash necessary thru an airport!)

After paying for the visit in advance, you can now discuss your future costs after your initial examination.
