Well, that's a unique way of conserving fuel...let a train push you to the next intersection. Unfortunately, the law of tonnages is strictly enforced on the face of this planet.
They call it "green" technology but hybrids are just old fashioned smoke stack factory products. As a matter of fact the elements in the gigantic batteries might be more toxic to manufacture than a life time of fossil fuel use. If you take taxpayer funding out of the equation the hybrids offer no economic benefit. They are just toys for elitist libs who want to show off their affluence and ignorance.
Has more to do with the fact that it was a small car that got stuck on train tracks. Could of been gas powered or electric...Wouldn't of made the difference, but in this case it was electric(hybrid).
