Joe Biden was acting as Messenger and relaying the Condition of USA Aid that was the position of The President, State Department, EU, and World Bank who all wanted to get rid of the Crooked prosecutor who wasn't prosecuting anyone, Including Burisma.

You do know that an embassy is considered to the property of the country in question and that in this case Saudi Arabia has jurisdiction. Nobody else does. That embassy may as well have been Riyadh. Kushner wouldn’t have to advise the Saudi Royal Family on anything, they control Saudi Arabia, thus they would control any sort of “investigation”.
