Hunter Biden agrees to open testimony

looking up, you are correct. then his lawyers sue to quash it on the grounds that there is no legislative purpose. That will take a few years.
It's officially an impeachment inquiry, no legislative purpose required. Regardless, they have the covered anyway "to inform potential legislative reform relating to federal ethics and financial disclosure laws."

Good luck with that. Tell us how it works out, yes?
WE know how it will work out. Biden's wing man Conrade Garland will bury the Republican's criminal referral deeper than Hunter's laptop. Although he had no problem indicting and convicting Bannon and Navarro.

Face facts, you side is composed of hypocritical, partisan scumbags that have weaponized the criminal justice system for political/partisan purposes.

Cool. So again, He really does decide if he wants to show up or not. :salute:

His choice. Given how far up Biden's colon Garland resides, the risk to him could be minimal.

Then again, it's going to make Garland look really, really, really, really bad given his prosecution of Bannon and Navarro for exactly the same thing.

Thats beyond the 2024 election. You believe anyone will care at that point?

FYI. House sent it's criminal referral on Bannon to Garland on October 21 and Garland indicted him three weeks later on November 12th. So if he followed that timeline for the crackhead, he'll be indicted before January is over. But he won't be, because Garland is a hypocritical, partisan scumbag that has weaponized the criminal justice system for political/partisan purposes.
