Kim Davis will not listen to the courts, the police, or any other government entity. There is no Supreme court for the Christian religion, thus the need for a Christian Caliphate Their constitution of the Caliphate would be the Bible.

A Catholic clerk could refuse a marriage licensee to a divorcee, another clerk based upon his/her religion could issue a license to an old man to marry a young girl, and one man could get issued several licenses for several different women, based on another religion.
