The best determinant of a person's goodness is not how they treat those at their level but those who are below them. A person who kicks his dog when he is mad is not a nice person. A boss who treats all of his employees like garbage is not a nice person. I think we have all ran into these kinds of people and we can tell that they are so nice to those that they need to impress but mean to those they don't have to impress in life. The person who gives the homeless person the time of day is much nicer than the person who doesn't. Do you cower in fear of men who are larger than you but turn around and beat on your woman?
