We actually experienced several of these when I was living in Salt Lake City a few years ago...in a library, shopping mall, and television station. The people who died were typically the ones who couldn't get away from the immediate area where the shooter entered the building.

Some good advice in that film.

Especially "commit to your actions" if you have to fight. Very good advice. This is exactly what I teach others about life-or-death situations. Any hesitation increases your odds of failure considerably.
