Not nearly as much as Bush part Deux handed off. Obama let the Generals plan the destruction of ISIS and the Generals didn't let the Trumpybear fuck up their plan by micromanaging it. Probably why Trump hated the Generals. I think there has to be a war for any historic peace deal. You know like the one Carter brokered. The UAE was never at war with Israel were they? How could that be a peace deal?
