Yeah, that's now their preferred method of blocking any progress Trump makes. Get some lapdog federal judge to intervene and force everything through the courts to delay it as long as possible, then campaign against Trump for not getting anything accomplished.

Imagine if a team of lawyers put a witness on the stand who persuaded the judge that the accused was guilty, and then later it came to light that this key witness "passionately" disliked the accused, wanted to see the accused jailed, and took money from the accused's arch enemies to testify against him, and that this witness turned out to be such a shady character that the team of lawyers themselves fired him but decided not to tell the judge about any of this even when the accused's case came up for appeal. Those lawyers would be looking at disbarment and jail time.
