The First Amendment does not give ANYONE license to lie to and deceive the American people. That's why "Fraud" is a crime, and lies which cause harm to someone are "fraud".

The lie about ivermectin was promoted by a group of doctors who made MONEY by presecribing ivermectin. People died as a result. Are you saying that's OK? First Amendment!

People who counsel others to commit crimes are consistently tried and convicted on conspiracy charges. But they didn't commit the crimes. They just talked about committing crimes. Free Speech!!!!

I was actually thinking about the pandemic lies which helped kill over a million Americans in the pandemic. No other first world nation enduring such a high level of death and disease, and no other nation allowed lies and misinformation to be posted in public. No other first world nation had a major political party promoting fake cures, and utterly rejecting established science and public health orthodoxy.
