I am not smart enough to understand the $4T FED free money to BHO debt. Would some else have stepped up and "invested" in this debt? Would the payback rates have had to increase? all this FED money showed up during BHO but not GWB. To a normal American it seems like an easy loan and I heard they even propped up Stock Market? Not sure about all this?
