I would say, that if someone goes out and drinks booze, then gets into the drivers seat of an automobile and kills someone, he/she should be tried for attempted murder in the 1st degree. Driving under the influence and getting in a wreck isn't an accident. It is the same thing as if someone drinks booze and picks up a gun and shoots someone. When more of these actions are performed as LAW, there would be less drunken drivers out there, either they would sober up, or face the death penalty, whichever comes first.

Because when a criminal uses a gun and is arrested it is easy…they get his gun. The problem for obama…..357 million guns in private hands of law abiding citizens. They will never use their guns to commit a crime, so there is no way to get them. So they have to create opportunities, such as licensing, registration and universal background checks, where if the law abiding gun owner fails to fill out paperwork, or makes an error on a form….or brings a gun into a place they thought it was legal to carry a gun….then they can arrest the gun owner and confiscate their guns, and they can make an example out of that gun owner, they can lock them in jail, levy heavy fines on them, make them lose their jobs and make it almost impossible for them to get a new job. In that way they also discourage other Americans from owning guns…..……….and then they have access to the 357 million guns that are never used in crimes.
