How badly will Socialists lose in 2014?

Given that they won't openly run many (if any) candidates for anything then it's highly unlikely they'll lose much at all. How does one lose an election in which one is not a candidate?

Meanwhile. genuine closet Socialists (aka Democrats) are likely to spend most of 2015 licking their wounds once they get through licking each others raw and painful asses. Using the same tongues, mind ye.

Given that the only "wound" that the Dems will suffer will be the loss of a majority in the Senate and that is already baked into their expectations it is unlikely that they will spend any time at all bothering about 2014.

Instead they will be gearing for 2016 where they stand a good chance of holding onto the Whitehouse.

.

I'm lousy at predicting this stuff, but I'm still not convinced the GOP takes the Senate.

.

Not making any predictions myself either. Just going by the general consensus that is the most likely outcome for 2014. It is entirely possible that the GOP might be "licking self inflicted wounds" in 2015 but that outcome has a low probability.

You succeed in exhibiting your stupidity and ignorance as to what 'socialism' is.

The GOP keeps the House.

The GOP picks up a couple Senate seats, but the Dims remain as the majority.

The GOP keeps the majority of Governorships.

Yeah. Sadly, I have to agree. Either the Democrats or the Republicans will mostly likely come out on top in 2014 - socialists win.

Conservatives will gain control of both houses of legislative branch in 2014.

I'm not worried about republicans taking both houses this November. As long as there's a Democrat President acting as a bulwark against the madness of the republican party we'll be good.

I don't think they'll have both, but if you're a Dim, you should be worried about. If they were to control both, it would mean an absolute end to anything Obama would try and accomplish in his two years left.

You mean republicans would block anything that Obama wanted to do? So it'll be the same as the last 4 years then. Just as the cons stated they would do even before Obama took office.

Sounds fine to me. Block whatever you want. As long as you crazy people can't do the things that you want I'm fine with a government standstill.

It'll be worse if they control the Senate as well. You should be worried.

That's easy for the Right, Socialism is anything they don't like.
