A New York appeals court agreed with the Democrats in a ruling issued Wednesday, and now the question becomes, should the Democratic NY state legislature create ridiculously gerrymandered districts akin to Republican districts in Florida and Texas?

Or do they take a chance at being responsible grown-ups?

At least Democrats get to make the argument.

The court ordered New York’s bipartisan redistricting commission to immediately restart the process that would have the practical effect of giving the Democrat-dominated State Legislature final say over New York’s 26 House districts for a decade.

NY has the chance to win back GOP House seats. Should they act just like the GOP?

It is not hyperbole to say that with today’s computers drawing districts to the block, New York could pick up ten to twelve seats.

Should New York Democrats do it? Republicans are doing it in other states. What do you think?

ILMAO at Democrats are responsible grown-ups. You can't turn a twisted turnip into a grown-up. And WTF? NY is blue anyway. Which is a BIG reason the State is so fucked.

Say Democrat, why are people leaving Democrat cities in droves? Negative growth DESPITE the illegal immigrant displacement. It's because Democrats fuck everything up they touch.

The OP is terrified of me so has me on ignore, but I'll point out for the sake of other posters that New York is one of the most obscenely gerrymandered places in the US, courtesy of the criminal Democrat Party, so the entire premise of the thread is ridiculous.

Also, the Democrats will win back the House even without their judges hacking for them, and keep the White House, with Republicans taking the Senate.

Yep.
All they need to do is ship the same black voters to every district and have them vote in multiple districts.

Or they could just ship mail-in ballots wherever they're needed....like they did the last two elections.

Dems hold 15 seats to Republican's 11. How are you going to pick up 12?
