Hospital sues an 18 year old quadriplegic

State of North Carolina should make arrangements instate, relatively near her home and family, but not inside that hospital.
Yep, I found a dementia/hospice facility for my mom less than 700 yards from my home. It was a bit expensive but I knew she would not be there long.....She wasn't, 15 days till she passed.

A hospital is not a nursing home nor should it be.

Odd thing though, I wonder if the reason she is still there is because she needs 24/7 care and there are simply no beds available.

They just can't put you outside and have to keep you till their case worker and/or family finds a bed.....In Virginia it does not matter if that bed is on the other end of the state if they have to force you out.
