If the actions are being done in Texas via Zoom they are not outside Texas.

If the kids are being transported by parents looking for surgery or drugging, the State has an interest in protecting them even if the parents don't.

And if it's like one of those cases where one parent is playing tranny dressup with the kid and the other objects, then it's another issue entirely.

And if it's "advocates" bringing these kids across state lines, congrats, you support trafficking of minors.
