It is not illegal to seek sanctury in any safe country. It is just that our racust overnment doesnt like it.

They are just living in denial. No country is obliged to lock these people and the likes of France is not obiged to take them back.

The UK doesnt have to take them. It has to give them asylum whilst they assess their claim. In this way we can weed out genuine refugees from bogus ones.
But someone coming from Afghnistan,Libya,Syria and Iraq is likely to be genuine.#These are countries that ee have recently fucked up.

Believe it or not this is current government policy. They intend flying migrants from the UK to Rwanda to keep in Gitmo style detention camps.

Not Ukranian refugees though. They are generally white so are not a problem. These migrants are the darke version who cross the channel in small boat. Its just about the most racist policy I have ever seen and converts Rwanda into a colonial penal colony.

Of course the main driver on this is the need to distract from johnsons problems with the police. They even gave it a name - Operation Save Big Dog.

It shames the UK and is yet more evidence that conservative wickedness knows no depths.

If they illegally enter your country and are from the African continent then I see no issue with taking them to Rwanda and processing them back to their country of origin…

When a Foreign National volunteers to become a Ward of the State ... The State can put the Foreign National wherever they want to.
If the Foreign National doesn't like it ... They can Nation Shop for another State.

The State is not required to put a Foreign National wherever the Foreign National wants to be.

Technically ... The UK could just say "No" regardless of who is applying for asylum or where they come from.

There are thousands of ways a Foreign National can be eligible for asylum and request it ...
But in most cases, no real obligation for anyone to accept it.

The best way to destroy a Nation ... Encourage it to destroy itself in the name of Humanity ...

Well they have done it.
Oddly enough the day after Johnson received a fine for breaking the lockdown rules he himself set.
This is by far the most tory policy this shower of criminals have ever dreamt up.

Whether they ever get it off the ground is another matter.
