The cost of providing them all the other perks they seek will far exceed the gap between relocation and housing them. Your NHS and housing situation are already strained, so I have no idea why you want to make it worse. It isn't even like they are coming straight from their country of origin. They are benefits shopping among European nations. If you start feeding feral cats, you will soon end up with a cat problem no matter how good it makes you feel when you first start. You are inviting trouble and incentivizing the smugglers. You might as well be standing on the coast of France giving away free boats.
