Oh, agreed. There is no doubt about that. Unless there is a bona fide threat to public safety, then they have to host the event.

To me this is all wrapped up in the whole "bake the cake", "don't host the meeting", "you can't have your event at our restaurant" thing. It's also about prior denial and being pressured to deny.

Something which many / most Americans simply do not recognise and are astonished at the label .And often angered .
