Fast and Furious:
Yes, this was a program brought up under the Bush administration...one that he REFUSED to sanction because there was no way to control the weapons once they flowed into Mexico. OBAMA, however, gave the go-ahead for this 'sting operation'...and as Bush had predicted, the Fed Govt - Obama's administration failed to ensure the security of the weapons, and they disappeared. These weapons have been used in the murders of at least 350 civilians, to include a US BPA and more recently the murder of a US policeman!

- Homeland Security, the FBI, nor the CIA was ever, according to them, briefed or brought in to help with this 'operation'.

- No one has ever been fired over this 'gun give-away' to Mexican Drug cartels.

- Obama has already been found GUILTY of Contempt of Court for refusing to comply with a Federal Judge's court order to release associated documents (correspondence between Atty General Holder and Obama). He is on the verge of being found guilty again as he has still refused to comply with the judge's full order.

Attorney General Holder was caught perpetrating 3 FELONY counts of Perjury during his testimony before Congress during the investigation of Fast and Furious. Obama and his DOJ refused to file charges against Holder - protecting him; however, a UNANIMOUS bi-partisan Congress voted to issue a written admonishment to Holder, making Holder the 1st Atty General in US history to ever be disciplined this way.

To this day Obama refuses to release documents, continues to drag out the investigation - biding time until it is time for him to leave office. (This investigation into his illegal gun-running scandal occurred in his 1st year in office. 7 years later he is impeding justice, refusing to comply with federal judges' court orders, and remains completely NON-transparent on this issue.

Regarding Kerry...it is extremely well documented about how Kerry returned from Viet Nam to testify before Congress, testimony during which he lied about acts he claimed to witness while there. He later admitted openly that he had not seen these things. He also claimed, while running for President, that he had spent one Christmas in Cambodia. He was challenged on this lie, declared he would prove his claim by releasing his military records...and Americans are STILL waiting for those records to be released. (Kerry, arguably / possibly, COULD be brought up on charges regarding 'False Valor' if someone wanted to do so badly enough and at least force Kerry to prove his false claims of military service...)
