CNN, not sure how credible they are at this moment, is now reporting that they have the 2nd suspect on video leaving the backpack. Both also hung around afterwards and casually walked away after.

Regarding their ethnicity, I don't think anyone can really tell based on what has been released so far. I can see that they aren't African, East Asian or of Northern/Eastern/Western European descent.

Regarding the pressure cookers, they may have removed the handles making it much easier to fit the object into a bag.

One suspect is dead and the other is currently on the run in a residential neighborhood. A massive, door to door manhunt is underway at this time.
