It's working very well for about 70% of the time, MUCH better.

I have gotten everyone through that I have attempted the last two days.

You are from the government and you are there to help? :D

I work for Blue Cross Blue Shield, and yes..help is what I do.

I got a quote from BC/BS rather quickly. Only a 100% increase over my current (and soon to be cancelled) policy. At least they beat Health Alliance by 20%.

Yup, costs have sky rocketed.

And I have effectively been priced out of the market. At least if I want to maintain my current coverage. So... it's off to the bonze age with me!

That's great, unless you are the 30% it doesn't work for.

Which is completely not the point :)

It is getting better.

It is completely the point, getting better is not going to cut it. There is no way to fix the back end without investing billions, not millions, of dollars. My guess is that the only reason it isn't crashing as often is that people are avoiding the exchanges, which is going to tally screw them over when they don't get any subsidies for their premiums.

No worries though, they can still pay the first premium, then get 3 months worth of "free" medical care.
