Maybe the problem is the government has tried to include health care insurance companies in the health plan? Since private health insurance companies work for a profit and government wants to insure everyone was the plan doomed from the start? Did Obama give healthcare companies the power to delay, destroy, impede any government plan?

The White House is rebooting HealthCare.gov's repairman.

Former Microsoft executive Kurt DelBene will take over the volunteer job of overseeing ongoing fixes to the federal Obamacare marketplace HealthCare.gov starting Wednesday, officials said.
