There is misinformation and ignorance concerning the certification of birth records.
The State of Hawaii Department ofHealth certifies original birth records. Most states do it that way and issue a certified COPY.
Everyone ever associated with the Hawaii Department of Health has confirmed Obama has a valid birth certificate.
Everyone.
There is no evidence anywhere to prove otherwise. Throw in the announcement just days after the birth in Hawaii and it becomes a conspiracy just days after the birth for anyone that believes he was notborn in Hawaii.
And there is also no evidence to prove any conspiracy.
At least 95-99% of the birthers know they have no evidence. They like to have SOMETHING to hang on to to stir up trouble.
They were shown their chain letters were frauds and have nothing else to hang their hopes on.

Who is everyone? You do realize Hawaii gave Certification of Live Birth to children who where born out of state?
[§338-17.8] Certificates for children born out of State. (a) Upon application of an adult or the legal parents of a minor child, the director of health shall issue a birth certificate for such adult or minor, provided that proof has been submitted to the director of health that the legal parents of such individual while living without the Territory or State of Hawaii had declared the Territory or State of Hawaii as their legal residence for at least one year immediately preceding the birth or adoption of such child.

(b) Proof of legal residency shall be submitted to the director of health in any manner that the director shall deem appropriate. The director of health may also adopt any rules pursuant to chapter 91 that he or she may deem necessary or proper to prevent fraudulent applications for birth certificates and to require any further information or proof of events necessary for completion of a birth certificate.

(c) The fee for each application for registration shall be established by rule adopted pursuant to chapter 91. [L 1982, c 182, §1]

IOW, NO ONE ever receives a copy of the original. That is how it is in most states as I have gathered hundreds of birth and death certificates in my work over the last30 years.
The Hawaii Department of Health released in a press release by Kurt Tshue, "We accept and put down what the parents self identufy them to be as to race".
Everyone in the Hawaii Department of Health has validated that THEY hold the original birth certificate of Obama.
Are you claiming this is a conspiracy starting with the birth and then the announcement in the Hawaii newspaper days later?
