Haunted houses

I've been doing some reading and research about allegedly haunted houses. Most of the people who lived in such houses and experienced "supernatural" phenomena firmly believe that something was active, although their definitions vary.
What do y'all think? Are spirits and ghosts for real? Have any of you ever experienced inexplicable phenomena?

Have had my share of supernatural experiences, and firmly believe that there's more to the world than what science understand.

I absolutely believe in ghosts, hauntings, and the spirit world.

I absolutely do not believe the clowns on shows like Ghost Adventures are experiencing anything, though.
