Has the 116th House Of Reps proposed any Bill or legislation that will improve your quality of life?

When they impeach Trump, knowing that I live in a Democracy and not a dictatorship improves the quality of my life!
Somehow I believe we get a list of candidates every 4 years approved by someone or some entity. And then we are pushed and cajoled to vote for the ones who have the best press with the help of the parties cancelling out some of their own candidates with others. Trump came out of nowhere because one of the approved candidates who became President went to far radically left and was uncontrollable in what he did because of his cultural background as many voters in the nation recoiled from it. We ended up finding out that most of the journalists have been sell outs to the people our whole lives.

Maybe the OP shouldn't ask questions he doesn't already know the answer to.

That would give him an extremely limited range of questions he could ask.

Is that your concession that this 116th has done nothing for you?

No. There are lots of bills being held up by turtle boy, but here is my list of the top bills that need to be addressed.

H.R. 1 – For The People Act – Sent to the Senate 239 days ago.
H.R. 8 – Bipartisan Background Checks Act – Sent to the Senate 248 days ago.
H.R. 7 – Paycheck Fairness Act – Sent to the Senate 220 days ago
H.R. 1585 – VAWA Re-authorization Act – Sent to the Senate 212 days ago.
H.R. 9 – Climate Action Now Act – Sent to the Senate 184 days ago
H.R. 5 – Equality Act – Sent to the Senate 169 days ago.
H.R. 6 – Dream and Promise Act – Sent to the Senate 151 days ago.
H.R. 582 – Raise the Wage Act – Sent to the Senate 107 days ago.

I well remember how the pseudocons bitched and bitched about all the bills sitting on Harry Reid's desk.

I wonder how they can stand their own stench of hypocrisy.
the same way the left stands theirs.....they are both good at it...

Want to see some of the socialist claptrap garbage bills the House has come up with, and is waiting on the Senate?

H.R. 1 – For The People Act
H.R. 8 – Bipartisan Background Checks Act
H.R. 7 – Paycheck Fairness Act
H.R. 1585 – VAWA Reauthorization Act
H.R. 9 – Climate Action Now Act
H.R. 5 – Equality Act
H.R. 6 – Dream and Promise Act
H.R. 582 – Raise the Wage Act

Most of these bills are absolute garbage. The House under Pelosi has done nothing except taking it upon themselves to continue Obama's legacy. Meanwhile, President Trump's bipartisan USMCA which is favored by Mexico and Canada, is sitting on Pelosi's desk. She won't sign it unless they can put a bunch of socialist crap in the bill.
dont forget all the renaming post offices around the country....there is about 10 of those in there....thats important...

Which of the ones on my list do you think has anything to do with naming a post office? Naming post offices is the only thing the Senate is willing to vote on.

Some samplings which should tickle the balls of pseudocons:

To amend the Pittman-Robertson Wildlife Restoration Act to facilitate the establishment of additional or expanded public target ranges in certain States.

To reauthorize the Bulletproof Vest Partnership Grant Program.

A bill to amend the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 to expand support for police officer family services, stress reduction, and suicide prevention, and for other purposes.

To increase, effective as of December 1, 2019, the rates of compensation for veterans with service-connected disabilities and the rates of dependency and indemnity compensation for the survivors of certain disabled veterans, and for other purposes.

To extend the sunset for collateral requirements for Small Business Administration disaster loans.

With all the talk of how poor of a job the President has done, I'm just curious, what has this House done or tried to do for you?
The 116th House has sent sent about 300 pieces of legislation to the Senate that Mitch McConnell has held back. Quit feeding on the propaganda boi!

One of them being the Secure Act which was bi partisan in the house and bitch boy McConnell sits on it.

With all the talk of how poor of a job the President has done, I'm just curious, what has this House done or tried to do for you?

No the republicans who were in office for 8 years, and we don't know what's in the 160 on McConnel's (the grim reaper) desk.

If only the Senate would do their job, but its a republican maj, so I do not hold out hope.

The 116th must be doing a bang-up job to stay hovering at a 20% approval rate...Ain't that right lowlifes?
Congressional Approval Steady at 20%
Congressional Approval Steady at 20%
they havent seen 30% in 10 years....even trump has a higher approval rating....and thats saying something...

Actually, most of the 80 percent who disapprove of Congress end up voting for the incumbents in large numbers. Enough to re-elect incumbents in the House 98 percent of the time, and in the Senate 80 percent of the time.

"Those other assholes in Congress spend too much on PORK, but my guy brings home the BACON!"

We get the politicians we deserve.

Has the 116th House Of Reps proposed any Bill or legislation that will improve your quality of life?

I THINK SO.

With their intention to move forward with this impeachment thing, I'm hoping that will be enough to wake up enough voters now to unelected enough of their sorry asses out of the House to turn it back over to the GOP.

That would be a YUGE improvement in the quality of my life.

When they impeach Trump, knowing that I live in a Democracy and not a dictatorship improves the quality of my life!
that may never happen....and the guy might even get re-elected....so your life may not improve any over perhaps the next 5 years...bummer...
