Isn't that kinda like saying Trump saved the US 400 Billion? Shouldn't we need to spend that much less then?

And is it any wonder these other countries don't love Trump, the fact that the Democrats are more defensive of them rather than happy at the accomplishment suggests Democrats were never serious about foreign policy much less budgetary control in the first place.
