*****Obama Administration Tearing Contract Law Apart***** | Market Skeptics
contract law being ignored has not helped

OBAMA ADMINISTRATION ADMITS TO FRAUD- Sebelius Tells Committee Dems Double-Counted $500 BILLION DOLLARS in Obamacare | The Gateway Pundit care/
this 500 billion has not been counted yet, yet anyone with a brain knows its debt forthcoming and the dam law is no yet made it thru constitutional law yet

Already responded to it MORON try reading the thread. BTW repeating it doesn't make it valid.

There is the link to my response seeing that you "missed" it and tried to claim that i haven't responded.

You call that a response?
repeating?
No I am putting information down you have not responded to
we have lost 6 million jobs sense 2008
with the failed stimulus and his portion of tarp, thats not good

He ignored contract law dealing with the UAW
And he double counted the 500 billion

you have not responded to any of that with any facts

Obama could have passed whatever he wanted up to that point due to his super majority in both houses.

You guys keep saying this as if it's true.

If it were true, we'd have a public health care option right now.
So the out number GOP stopped obama single handily even though the democrats had the majority and the unusual voting procedure in 2009?

I would say that 2009 vote was the reason the democrats got the shit kicked out of them in 2010

And the GOP was not and has not been successful in stopping Obama from greatly escalating the number of employees in government and the unconscionably high wages they are paid. They weren't succesful in derailing Obamacare. They weren't successful in getting the Bush tax cuts made permanent. They weren't successful in derailing unbelievably irresponsible allocation bills or a trillion dollar stimulus that turned out to be little more than payback to Obama's cronies that he 'owed'.

They were unable to stop him from keeping American oil producers from drilling in the gulf and then contracting with other countries to buy oil that was being pumped from the gulf. They were unable to get him to lift restricts and oppressive mandates that are stifling many of our biggest job creating industries.

They haven't been able to muzzle him from his continued drumbeat to raise taxes and spend trillions more in stimulus.

Obama's policies haven't triggered a new recession. They however have ensured that the one we were in cannot end and will likely continue to deepend in many sectors.

You can believe whatever you want if you choose to ignore facts.

Fact is, there was no super majority for the Dems. Ever. Period. Full stop. The "unusual voting procedure" is demonstration of that because it provided an end around to GOP filibusters and lack of a super majority by the Dems.

The 2010 election had nothing to do with the Dems vote on health care. All major exit polls showed that voters were pissed at BOTH parties because of a lack of job growth. THAT was what the vote was, something the GOP has ignored ever since.

Exactly how are they suppose to have done these items?
with respect
they got the house of reps 8 months ago
from 07 till then the left owned congress and super owned it 09-10

As for your continued rant about Republican obstructionism being the thing that's kept the Obama economic recovery from happening?

If it were in fact true that Republicans held up all of the things that Obama wanted to get done before Arlen Specter changed party affiliation (which didn't really matter since he'd voted along the Democratic party line BEFORE he changed over) there should have been a WAVE of legislation that was passed by Democrats once that happened. So would you like to give me some examples of things they passed that helped the economy? That helped with unemployment? That did ANYTHING to address either the deficit or entitlement reform?

Do you know what a super majority is? Denial is not a very effective weapon

You're amusing. Yes, there WAS a super majority for the Democrats. That isn't even open for debate. It's a fact. The reason you progressives had to employ the "unusual voting procedure" was that you couldn't get Blue Dog Democrats to vote for your far left legislation.

And if the voters were pissed at "both" parties during the 2010 midterm elections then why did the Democrats take one of the worst ass kickings in the history of the country. Do you think about this stuff before you post? Cause THAT is some silly shit.

Considering lockstep do nothing Pubs have filibustered all his ideas since 11/2009. I would say it's their braindead non-policies...Pub Dupes!!

The GOP did not gain control of congress until January of 2011, Obama could have passed whatever he wanted up to that point due to his super majority in both houses. And to be honest, Obama wasn't doing shit about jobs when he DID have a filibuster proof congress and senate, what was his excuse then? I know what it is, he really could give a shit less about jobs, he is the quintessential socialist, state control of everything, and the only way to get that is through bailouts/take overs and putting the people out of work and on a government program.
You keep drinking the koolaid, the rest of us will be right here fighting for your right to hate America.

Pub dupes should realize that the do nothing, obstruct everything Pubs have made 60 votes the control of the Senate. You brainwashed fools are functional morons. Turn off the BS. THE LAST TIME DEMS COULD PASS ANYTHING WAS 11/2009.

So, what piece of Obama legislation aimed to foster economic growth and employment was killed by the GOP minority exactly?

I'll wait...................................................

Meathead? Is that you?

Where's Archie Bunker when you need him.

The Dems gad a supermajority for five months, seating of Al Franken until election of Scott Brown- beside that total obstruction- this is now a Pub economy- great job, Pubs and Pub Dupes!!

Obama ... greatly escalating the number of employees in government

Uhm, you know that's not true, right?

Well I haven't looked at it since last spring. At that time, Obama himself was predicting the federal workforce to grow to I think 2.1 million--that doesn't count the temporary or contract employees. That would be the highest number it has been since Bill Clinton declared the era of big government to be over.

A huge amount of the workforce however are in 'private' contract jobs that are paid out of other parts of the budget and not shown as payroll.

But if the circumstances have changed since last spring, I will withdraw my statement in face of better information. I know federal salaries had increased a LOT before the so-called freeze was announced. They're getting around the freeze by creating 'new' titles and moving people laterally into those. And then I imagine they can say they eliminated positions by 'eliminating' the titles they moved people out of. So in fairness, some of the 'new positions' may actually be old positions with a new name and pay scale.

And before you even say it, you're right. I do not trust our government to be honest in these things.

If you had any clue as to how the senate actually "works" you wouldn't ask such stupid questions. Have you ever heard of the filibuster?

I would say that 2009 vote was the reason the democrats got the shit kicked out of them in 2010

I would say that would probably be right but I think it had to do more with the fact that it was a midterm and dems were feeling let down and wanted more than it had to do with people not liking the health care bill.

If Obama or the Democrats had EVER laid out a coherant plan of action at any time since the Democrats took over Congress in 2006, they might have a case that the GOP made it difficult for them to get anything done. But it seems to me they got a hell of a lot done that most of the American people didn't want done. So how come they couldn't get anything done that most of the American people did want to be done?

And when the GOP had the power, how come it was THEIR fault that something didn't get done instead of the fault of the Democratic minority?

Sometimes the naivete of much of the American left is just amazing. They'll believe anything rather that believe that their elected leaders are clueless or corrupt or incompetent.

Stimulus
His 1/2 of tarp

The dow is below 11,0000
deficits are so bad that S&P gave us a down grade

UE is getting worse
Are we all ready in another recession?
has real GDP growth began to go in reverse?

When has stimulus during a recession ever caused a double dip recession?
