Without this kind of system, universities would be almost exclusively Asian.

Here's an idea. Tell blacks to improve their test scores if they want into Harvard.

They can't. They don't have the brains. Maybe the SAT needs to use affirmative action scoring to boost black scores. Many people think they are already doing that.

Yup - fact is on ALL standardized tests (IQ LSAT MCAT SAT ACT, even cop and fireman) whites and asians are at the top and blacks at the bottom. The fact that asians do so well proves the tests are NOT culturally biased.

We regularly discussed this kind of subject when we have gathering with other business owners. When it comes to r&d, engineering, science, aeronautics, instrumentation, medicine etc. etc. whites and asians are the best while blacks are rare or mia.
Asian employees have a better attitude and behavior but whites are still ahead areas such as new ideas, managing, research etc.

You should do more than just look at the pictures, T-Bone. The author gleaned his "facts" from Jewish name recognition. From the article:

That was the methodology employed by the author of T-Bird's "study." Evidently he found no Jewish sounding names among the top mathematic kids in the past 15 years and T-Bird used it as "proof" that Jewish kids are no longer smart enough for our best schools.
Pretty interesting system, eh?
