The fact is that it has not been validated by one election. Black voters went heavily for Democrats in November of last year. When blacks turned out in heavy numbers, Republicans put more resources in Louisiana. They knew black voters were voting for Democrats not Republicans. Even Republicans don't believe this garbage.
