It's both funny and sad how MLK Day "devolved" here in Virginia.

It was ignored at first due to Lee-Jackson Day being a state holiday on that day.

Then the blacks fussed and it was lumped together as Lee-Jackson-King Day.

Then the blacks fussed that MLK Day was tied in with our two greatest Virginians and Lee-Jackson Day was on observed on Friday as a state holiday with MLK Day on Monday as a federal one.

Then Lee-Jackson day was canceled altogether as a state holiday by the dems and replaced with election day.

So yeah, piss on MLK Day.

BTW.....Did you ever hear of anything good happening on any MLK Boulevard in the whole of the land?

I think all three Black holidays should be combined into one and celebrated on one day. They could call it MLKwanzaateenth.
