9. Trump, it appears, had a very different attitude toward China than Clinton did…..just as he appears to differ from Obama on Iran.

Trump stands up for America. This President is the first one since the Communists took charge of China, to halt their march toward global supremacy.

China has declared the South China Sea as their territorial waters. Trump disagrees:

"Navy Destroyer Tests China’s Claim to Disputed S. China Sea Islands
Warship passage near Paracels latest freedom of navigation operation

A Navy destroyer sailed close to disputed South China Sea islands in a direct challenge to Chinese maritime claims over the strategic waterway.

U.S. and allied warships and aircraft have stepped up naval and air patrols to challenge China's claims to control about 90 percent of the South China Sea. The USS Wayne E. Meyer, a guided-missile destroyer, conducted a freedom of navigation operation in the South China Sea on Friday.

"This freedom of navigation operation (FONOP) upheld the rights, freedoms, and lawful uses of the sea," Cmdr. Reann Mommsen, a spokeswoman for the Pacific Fleet, said in a statement.

"The South China Sea plays an important role in security considerations across East Asia because Northeast Asia relies heavily on the flow of oil and commerce through South China Sea shipping lanes, including more than 80 percent of the crude oil to Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan," the report said.

"The United States demonstrated that innocent passage may not be subject to such restrictions."

10. “Until the election of President Donald J. Trump, the People’s Republic of China was close to achieving many of its objectives. Under Trump, the United States has taken a major shift by recognizing in ways that were never done in the past that Beijing is engaged in an undeclared war- played out in the economic, technological and cyber realms.”

11. And if Democrat Biden becomes President?

Same pattern we’ve seen from other Democrats, political office as the path to prosperity…..
They become millionaires selling out America.

"The troubling reason why Biden is so soft on China
In 2013, then-Vice President Joe Biden and his son Hunter Biden flew aboard Air Force Two to China. Less than two weeks later, Hunter Biden’s firm inked a $1 billion private equity deal with a subsidiary of the Chinese government’s Bank of China. The deal was later expanded to $1.5 billion. In short, the Chinese government funded a business that it co-owned along with the son of a sitting vice president."

Sounds a lot like the $145 million Putin gave the Clintons.

…and among the earliest civil service exams.

That was traditional Cathay….China…..until Franklin Roosevelt lost modern China to Marx, Stalin and Mao.
Today, Communist China is the greatest existential threat facing America.

But you won't know that if you take the word of Democrats.

1.How did FDR lose China? By welcoming Stalin’s spies and their influence in his administration.

FDR's insistence on permitting the Soviet agents who infiltrated his administration resulted in the United States sabotage of Chaing Kai-Shek and the Nationalists in China in favor of the Mao and the Communists. From the book “Blacklisted From History,” by M. Stanton Evans: Soviet agents in the U.S. State department (and Treasury) worked actively to damage confidence of our government, in the (Nationalist) Chinese fighting in their own country, as our allies against the Japanese, and in favor of the Communist insurgency of Mao Tse-Tung and Chou En-Lai.

While Chiang Kai-Shek was busy as our ally fighting the Japanese, Soviet spies White, Currie, Coe, Glasser, and Hiss were doing all they could to undermine him in favor of Mao and the communists.

“Another example of [Harry Dexter] White acting as an agent of influence for the Soviet Union was his obstruction of a proposed $200 million loan to Nationalist China in 1943, which he had been officially instructed to execute,[52] at a time when inflation was spiraling out of control.”

[Owen] Lattimore was leaking information to the Soviets while he was an advisor to Chiang Kai-shek and that the Soviets considered Lattimore to be "working for them". Freedom of Information/Privacy Act — FBI

The spies that FDR put in place continued to move Democrats in the Communist Direction. This, from a newspaper at the time:

"Mr. Truman said that the nationalists should have surrendered because they didn't have a chance to win...the opinion of American ambassador Leighton Stuart was that the failure of American aid to come at the opportune moment was the real cause of the weakness of nationalists and the disintegration of their armies....many military commanders went over to the enemy because they saw the United States withdrawing moral support from Chiang Kai-shek. Mr. Truman boldly defends what Treasury did. He doesn't mention Harry Dexter White, mentioned in congressional hearings as a communist spy, sat at Treasury with full power to say when the money promised Chiang Kai-shek would be forwarded or withheld." I'll get to the help other Democrat Presidents gave in making China a military power.

2.. When a large, growing and powerful enemy appears on the global stage, it appears that there are two methods of dealing with same. Either …

a. use the Truman-nee-Roosevelt administration method of ‘containment,’

or

b. the Nixon attempt at assuaging and nourishing the enemy.

Let’s see how these methods worked out……

….next.
Another great post. Unfortunately, once again, it is way above the heads of the leftists and liberals here

"Ex-DIA Officer Gets 10 Years in Prison for Spying for China
Former Defense Intelligence Agency officer Ron R. Hansen was sentenced to 10 years in prison for spying for Chinese intelligence.

The sentence was imposed by U.S. district judge Dee Benson Tuesday in federal court Salt Lake City.

Hansen was arrested in June 2018 and pleaded guilty in March to one count of attempting to sell national defense secrets to China.

In court it was disclosed that Hansen had been cooperating with the U.S. government and the judge said he provided valuable information on Chinese intelligence operating methods.

Robert A. Lund, assistant U.S. attorney in Salt Lake City, said the case was damaging because Hansen provided intelligence secrets to China."
