As am I. I am for responsible ownership of cars, pitbulls, and I am especially for responsible parenting too... (something that has been lacking in today's world). But just what do you want to legislate? You started out your thread saying "I am for gun control"

I confess, I am not one that places a whole lot of trust in government but the FBI has stats if you want them:

The homicide rate in the UK has increased since their total gun ban but shucks, I don't like the even worse mess a knife can make.
