At one point he claims he's a sole proprietor who owns a Kirby distributor, then he says Kirby promoted him (how does a company you do NOT work for promote you exactly?) and then he says he owns all the stock in an S corp then he says he just pays himself once a year , ALL the profit for the year so that the corporation doesn't have to pay any taxes , but then he says he doesn't pay any income tax either.

Then he turns around and says "oh yeah my accountant pays my estimated quarterly taxes" which makes no sense because only self employed people pay estimated quarterly taxes and he had already said he worked for an S corp which would mean he received regular paychecks including payroll deductions.

For real, how anyone could believe one god damned word this moron says just boggles the mind.

What the fuck are you talking about? I never said I was a Kirby Distributor & and a sole prop. Read what I said in post #80. Yes, Kirby promoted me. In order to become a Distributor Kirby Headquarters HAS TO APPROVE IT! Yes, the owner of an S-Corp can own all the stock in the corporation. When you file the paperwork to incorporate you HAVE to put how many shares you own greater than zero AND it can be just 1 person. I pay myself 1 time a year. I use my extra business income to repurchase Kirby's from the factory on December 31st, which reduces my tax liability due to inventory being a tax deductible business expense. I pay Income taxes, but my tax liability is severely reduced due to me taking advantage of the business deductions. When I sell all my inventory once I close down my company and finally retire It will be worth millions in pure cash liquidation to me. I'd be a fool to not pay myself due to needing income to qualify for credit cards, mortgages, and loans or a freaking apartment. I'm planning on waiting to sell all my excess inventory until the tax rates go down and our government produces a flat tax and lowers the corporate tax rate.

I do pay estimated taxes due to being self-employed. As a sole proprietor you are considered self-employed. Also not to correct you yet again, but payroll deductions for medicare and SS aren't automatically take out of my paycheck when I was a sole proprietor. I had to file a schedule C (profit & loss) and that means pay the self-employment tax at 15.3% which THAT is the medicare and SS liability.

Bottom Line - what is your point?

I do a ton of cash jobs so for 2014 I only owed 6100ish on what I showed. I just paid it all by 4/15. I don't like paying bills so i don't like to pay them 4 times a year.
