The law also cannot be applied to library books, as long as those books are not being used in classrooms for “instruction” of subjects sexual orientation or gender identity.

The meatball spent 2 years in court fighting this and spending taxpayers money on a partisan issue. It seems that he is willing to spend other peoples money on fruitless assaults on the constitution.

I wonder about the thought processes involved in this. Who thought it was a good idea ? Did they consult the constitution before signing it off ? Is this the high water mark for anti gay bigotry ?

If you had actually read the text of the bill, it was aimed at not having teachers discuss topics of sexual orientation or gender to kids in 3rd grade or under I believe…also to give parents rights in what their kids are exposed to and about raising their kids.

…is the worst part. I’ve posted pages of one of the books that was banned, it was very graphic, very sexually explicit, this law will allow them to put that book, and others like it, back on the shelves of school libraries.

Yes and no. We can certainly see by polls taken by highschool students where half of the females in weird liberal places identify as something other than heterosexual, which means that straight kids are obviously being manipulated and confused by all this gender/sex stuff being shoved down their throats. You guys are fucking up kids and you refuse to acknowledge that inconvenient fact.

Yep, they won’t admit it, but the influence is real and it’s powerful. It’s the same reason why children who grow up in same sex households are between 20% to 50% (I think those numbers are right) more likely to identify as gay, bi, or something other than straight.
