i hear ya....but cal is worse than most....i sold my house in OC for $820,000!.....bought a 16 year old 3 bed 2 bath house in a nice neighborhood here in Nevada for $155,000 that would be a 3-400,000 home in a half assed area in cal....much nicer so much less congested....

many far lefties eat it up there and many will live beyond their means and stay.....i delivered mail to many of these types in the Anaheim Hills area.....struggling to stay afloat but they have to live beyond their means just to play the game they played up there....its no different in other well off areas around the State....they have a big house 2 SUV's a Boat or a Motor Home that they can barely afford,but do it regardless.........
