OR that he was just inept and didn't pay for his medical waste disposal like most doctors do.

Gosnell was a bad doctor because he didn't sterlize instruments and sold narcotics for cash and really didn't run a good shop.

BUt here was the thing. They tried to charge him with 100 fetuses, then they got knocked down to 7 and finally 3. Then they had to cut a sentencing deal with him to avoid any appeals that probably would have thrown out those charges.

The real crime is that people like him are often all the poor communities in this country have got, which is what happens when health care is a commodity instead of a public service like it is in the rest of the world.

We spend more and get less.
