GOP ‘Savior’ Marco Rubio Falls Back On The Same Old Anti-Woman Policies

Why do you assume that everyone who doesn't hold extremist right wing views must be a Liberal or Socialist or Communist or Marxist or whatever far left designation is in favor these days?

Some of us are moderates, either in the center or slightly leaning left or right. Some of us have individual views on a variety of subjects. Some of us think for ourselves. Why should we have to change our position to accommodate those of you on the fringes?

I don't consider myself as being on the fringe. I believe in the Constitution and what it says in plain English, not what some over-educated pencil necked geek thinks it should read as.

IMHO, you are the fringe leaders, finding things to be "Constitutional" that are not in the Constitution or even worse, are specifically forbidden by the Constitution.

The Constitution means whatever SCOTUS says it means. Even the 2nd Amendment no longer means what it originally said it meant - and Scalia has confirmed that. The will of the people will continue to drive the legal interpretations of the Constitution.

SCOTUS is never the culprit as long as their rulings favor those who wish to accumulate arms for the coming apocalypse. Of course, Scalia has also made a point not to voice opposition to the regulation of assault style weaponry. Still, SCOTUS will not be held to account for this 2nd amendment "blasphemy" as long as scapegoat Obama is available.

I love how liberals think they speak for everyone women, blacks, Hispanics it's amazing how they can tell us how these groups feel about any and everything. To hear them tell it all blacks, women, and Hispanics are liberal. Can you get much more condescending, sexist, and racist?

Blacks, women and Hispanics are voting Democratic in higher numbers than they are voting Republican. I think that says something about who's speaking and who's listening.

It's not Liberals or Democrats telling women they don't have a right to make decisions for themselves and their bodies. It's not Liberals and Democrats lumping all blacks into a "lazy" pool and subjecting Latinos to discriminatory searches.

So yeah, I guess Liberals and Democrats can speak for these groups. At least with more authority than Conservatives and Republicans can at this point.
All that say's is the Republicans have run tow bad candidates in the last two Presidential elections the Democrats are not having the same success on the state level. Bush won women and Hispanics in 2000 and 2004 if he runs Rubio can win them in 2016 which is why the left is already attacking him in full force as blacks go the vast majority will always vote Democrat no matter what the Republican candidate says that is pretty much a given I don't think the Republicans should waste the time and money trying to win that vote.

I can agree with the two bad Presidential candidates though I think you might consider them "bad" because they weren't right wing enough whereas I consider them failures for far different reasons. I can also agree that Republicans have been successful in gubernatorial races though many of the states who elected Republican governors may be questioning their decisions now, as residents of those states find themselves in a worse pickle than before. Republicans lost seats in the House this last election and I can envision them losing a few more in 2014 but can also envision them replacing tea party representatives with more traditional Republicans (my preference).

Yeah, forget the black vote for now.

And I disagree that Rubio will bring in the Latino vote. He's not Latino enough and for what it's worth, he's the wrong kind of Latino. Unless he starts supporting women's rights there is no way he'll get any of that vote, no matter how cute he is. :eusa_angel:
