The argument is that Hillary had multiple jobs: First Lady, Senator, Secretary of State. Bush beats that, as far as official statecraft. I think it's valuable to have experience in diplomacy, as with the U.N. and China, while also seeing the conniving and the ugliness of the world as CIA Director.

The argument against Hillary is always made by Republican men who are afraid of smart women, so they make fun of their looks. See also: Michelle Obama, Chelsea Clinton, Nancy Pelosi, Elizabeth Warren.
