Gallup poll names Obama and Clinton most admired in world

Big deal, 16%.

Once he's out of office, he'll fade faster than a bright red paint job in Arizona.

A few years from now he'll be lucky if he get's anywhere near 5%.

Yeah, look how unpopular Clinton is now.

Fact is, they're both loved, appreciated and admired around the world. And right so.

:thewave:

Obama is the most divisive president in history, Clinton has always been popular because he was smart and learned how to get along with both sides instead of thumb his nose at half of America.
Obama is only admired by your side of the aisle, the Clinton's have admirers from all groups.

That is a very odd statement considering how ravenous the other side went after Clinton when he was in office.

Yes we went after him when necessary, Hillarycare, Monica, to name a couple issues. But Clinton also latched on to some Republican ideas like welfare reform and NAFTA. Clinton wasn't constantly going out of his way to poke us in the eye like the divisive prick we now have.
Because of this, Clinton can be personal friends with the Bush family, and I guarantee you Republicans of today would trade what's going on now with Clinton years in a heartbeat.

Who has Obama specifically divided you from? Seriously...who were you able to be chums with in 2007 that you're not able to find common ground with in 2015?

I would submit that if a politician could turn you against someone, you were on the way to being at an impasse anyway.

Clinton v. Obama

You left out birth certificates...some here still call him a Kenyan.
You left out his religion...some here still call him a Muslim
So much so that at the end of the 08 campaign, McCain had to tell his supporters to knock it off.

Were the Democrats supposed to just equate these attacks to good old fashioned politics?

So what? Obama also has an approval rating from RCP of 42%.

Obama s Poll Bump Is a Message for Republicans RealClearPolitics

Roat Roh...

It's actually 45 percent.
The thing about poll bumps is they don't last if gas prices start going back up or ISIS beheads another American you will see them go back down. Plus very soon Obama will have to deal with a new Congress and he won't have Harry Reid to kill bills in the Senate meaning he will have to sign or veto bills the public likes but his base doesn't which will end up pissing someone off.

Name a bill that the Republican house has passed that the public has liked in the past 4 years that the President didn't support.

For instance, he forced Obamacare on us when at least half the country or more didn't want to open that pandoras box.
Same with acting alone on illegal immigration.

You must live in a liberal vacuum if you can't see it.

Keystone.

So...the rest of the world admires a violent sexual predator.....and we are expected to listen to them about anything.....they also perfected mass murder in the 20th century....another reason to not listen to them....

Keystone.

Keystone is a dumb idea on so many levels it is difficult to count them all. First, and contrary to right wing and oil exec arguments, it is not a significant job creator. Second, the oil it will move is the dirtiest on the planet, and they (the Canadians) want to ship it down here to be refined so they don't have to dirty their own environment any more than they already have. Moreover, they want to build the pipeline across the middle of America because their own people refuse to allow them to build it across Canada. They know Americans are stupid enough that they might be able to pull it off. So they are pushing to have it be built in the states. Third, this pipeline will cross America's breadbasket. Do you truly want to risk spoiling the most aerable land in the country just so a few oil execs can get even more filthy rich? Fourth, and most important, the price of oil has already plummeted due to global overproduction, but particularly here in the states. And so that dirty oil is currently not even needed, and too expensive, at this point, to produce, move, and refine. Fifth, none of the profits of the sales of that oil will be staying here in the states. So who benefits? Certainly not the American people. And finally, my challenge was to name a bill that the Republican house has passed that the public has liked in the past 4 years that the President didn't support. The public, by and large, was not onboard with keystone. So try again.

Lib/left/Dems just don't admire a politician, they are in LOVE with them

it's creepy and is the reason we have some community Agitator thug in as President and why they now believe they are our MASTERS

we are so doomed

Do you have any idea how patently stupid your post is? How would Canadians export the oil? Do you expect them to build a pipeline over the Canadian Rockies? And that's just for starters. I don't have the patience to take you step-by-step through the rest of your inanities.

Your obsessive hatred of Obama is creepy, and more than a tad racist. Calling the President a "thug" brands you as racist to the core. It must make you positively crazy to think of a black man sleeping in the White House and having white men and women defer to him.

Oh cry me a river. now calling someone a name they (thug) are is racist. will you people ever give it a rest? no because it gives you a sense of being all high and mighty. But it's nice you come rushing in to prove my point. bravo

OP's an airhead. Gallup did not poll "the world". Hell, most of the world doesn't know who Oprah is and now knows that Obama's a failure.

Two failures. Two people who have sold their soul for political gain.

The public has and does support keystone your long winded talking points does not change this the only ones who don't support it are the far left of the Democratic Party who the President has played to over the majority of Americans. I don't need to try again I was right on the first one I believe I'm also right in saying if I listed all 400 House bill currently sitting on Harry Reid's desk you would reject them all.
