In Europe educated people in the field of Islam say that Jumma on Fridays is obligatory for all Muslims, regardless of which country they are in.

I think it is more logical that Jumma on Fridays is obligatory in a Sharia state (where the laws are just), that is, in a state where the person who leads the prayer in mosques is under the supervision and control of the ruler of that state.

And in places where the person who leads prayer in mosques is not under the direct control of the ruler of that country, than that prayer cannot be obligatory in those mosques, because under those circumstances anyone can open a mosque and say that prayer in those mosques is obligatory for muslims.

Jumu’ah prayer is obligatory for adult Muslim men and is performed once a week on Friday instead of the regular Zuhr prayer. The essential conditions for the Jumu’ah prayer include being a Muslim, reaching the age of puberty, being male, being free from any impurities, possessing the ability to perform the prayer, and being present at the time of the Jumu’ah prayer.

It is recommended for Muslims to bathe before attending the Friday prayer, although it is not mandatory. Muslims must cleanse themselves by performing ablution (wudu). Additionally, it is a commendable practice to wear clean and respectable clothes and to apply fragrance. Moreover, it is strongly recommended to listen attentively to the sermon and teachings of the imam and refrain from talking or engaging in any distractions during the prayer.

In the religion of Islam Friday prayers is obligatory for Muslims - This is the truth

In a country where Sharia is not law Friday prayer is obligatory for Muslims - THAT IS A LIE

The word "obligatory" here has no "legal" sense whatsoever. It means "a religious duty".

What Does Fard Mean?

fard wajib obligation

DEFINITION
Fard is an Arabic word meaning duty and obligation. It is used often in Islamic Fiqh, as it relates to acts of worship that are mandatory.
There are two types of Fard Actions:
  • Fard al ‘Ain: This is an action that is obligatory on every individual Muslim. There is no exception or substitution of a Fard al ‘Ain action. Every Muslims who misses a Fard al ‘Ain is sinning.
Example: The five daily prayers are Fard al ‘Ain. Every Muslim is responsible for completing their own Salah.
  • Fard al Kifaayah: This is an action that is obligatory on every community of Muslims, but not every individual Muslim is required to take part.
Example: A Janazah (Funeral) prayer must be offered for every Muslim that dies. However, because it is Fard al Kifaayah, as long there are Muslims in attendance the rest of the community is free from sin.

It's a religious duty. Where did you live in the Arab world? I also love church bells.

That's what you wrote are all rules that are correct, but only in the case where the law in that country is Sharia. That country does not exist in the present time, the exception would be Saudi Arabia where the people who lead prayers thank God are under the control and supervision of the ruler of the country.

You are talking non-sense, brother.
