I dont think it should be covered under free speech period, I think a law should be implemented to make burning the american flag an act of treason and an attack on the United States of America. I think individual states should implement this law. It's one thing to get up there and talk down on America, it's another to Burn the flag that so many people fought and died for so you can have a right to free speech.
