Franken seems to have a twisted view of “judicial independence”. It’s the Left Wing Judges who want to ignore the constitution and create new laws. Don't be fooled, the real underlying issue that Franken and the Democrats have with Kavanaugh is that he’s a devout Christian.

Weird how Democrats claim Republicans have done things to the court, but in fact Democrats have done great harm to our legal system.

Take out at all the nominations that were done prior electronic communications and the fact he chose a centrist judge's recommendation who has ruled against "Republican" originalist ideals as it applies to considering wide viewpoints, I feel my statement is accurate Mr. Banished Former Senator

Likewise presidents Clinton and Obama both spoke of bipartisanship while in office. If Democrats believe so much in cooperation, it would be a good time to set an example. They seem to forget that it works both ways.
