This is simply an amusing mis-statement. Everything seems to be instantly blown out of proportion these days.
Anyway, if there is dictatorship in America, it isn't Trump; it's the two-party junta that has taken over the operations of the United States. And, of course, this happened because voters didn't and don't do their job.
