Putin is being called a dictator by political experts in USA, Putin complains about being enslaved to America and yet he can not throw out international bankers from Russia and get government to control it's own money supply, he moans about US intervention in his neighboring countries and does nothing about that - Hitler's Germany was much smaller and they took over much of Europe and more within a few years until the whole world was turned against him, Putin is placed under sanctions for allowing people in Crimea vote against corruption, and he can not in turn place sanctions back on to international bankers, being the "dictator" of the biggest country in the world?

Can someone explain to me logically how Putin is in charge of anything, much less a "dictator"? I can only see him as a stooge, a puppet much like Obama and Bush
