HRC has been investigated ad nausea, if there were evidence of wrong doing the Republicans would have sought an indictment.

If you have evidence that Sect. Clinton committed a high crime or misdemeanor make that claim, but do so under the condition every LEO must abide by, under penalty of perjury.
