Out of curiosity I did some poking around... would this be one of the projects to which you are referring?

That's the one...
I was the lead checker for the piping design...
its a done deal....
I was also lead checker on Sakhalin-2 ...
Hebron is under construction now and Sak is finished and waiting to float out....

It just blows my mind that the project requires an over 500 page document like that. I assume they all do. And folks think this shit is a walk in the park.

when you win a billion dollar project you have to act like a player at the highest scale...
the project took 3 years to engineer, will take 2 years in construction or more...
it employed 500 people during design and even more during construction...
Just to give you an idea of how big it was or is...
it will drill 52 wells from one platform, and process them into the system and simultaneously feed the pipeline after recovery...
we actually had a psychologist that sat in on meetings to watch for issues people may be having to stress and overload...
