No.....I think gun free zones are dumb...and that normal, law abiding citizens should be able to carry a gun for self defense...

Well apparently if one is allowed to have guns in checked bags, that means airports are not gun free zones, at least before the security areas.

Well apparently if one is allowed to have guns in checked bags, that means airports are not gun free zones, at least before the security areas.

And that is wrong....law abiding people keep their guns locked up in hard sided cases if they are traveling. So the area is gun free, since it is against the law for law abiding people to actually carry an unsecured gun in the airport.
