Apparently hollywood has a batch of 9/11 movies in the works. Hopefully they are accurate in their portrayal otherwise there will be MAJOR backlash from all sides. This first one seems to be the real deal. They went to everyone of the families of flight 93 for approval.

It does seem a bit soon to me. Rushing movies to television is one thing, but feature films are very different. Ironically, going to the movie theater was how a lot of people escaped reality at the time, so it's probably not the best way to present it.

I can see historical value to a documentary, but I just don't get where the entertainment value is here.

Well put, imagine spending the addmission price to see Hollywood's version of 9/11. And how will the movies end, what will the conclusion be? Will there be messages of how we should enteract with terrorists?

Since the movie opens in 3 weeks, I thought I'd open a thread in Movie Reviews.

    Missed this one.
