Wow, that's impressive! Of course South Korean RC builders are building scale models of F-22s and F-14s that look a hell of a lot better.

It hardly look like a zero radar profile. That tail and straight leading edge to the wings are suss at best.
I'd be less than convinced at any claim for this thing to be able to fly very high or have long range as size against power and fuel would probably leave it lacking.
As for weapons - maybe a couple of small, no, very small rockets.
